All dinner buffets include crisp garden green salad with dressings, freshly baked  rolls with butter, and freshly brewed tea or coffee. Also, all heavy duty disposable plates, forks, knives, napkins and beverage needs are included.

Entree Selections
- sliced Top Round of Beef with Au Jus or Burgundy mushroom sauce
- roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Au Jus and horseradish
- grilled boneless Pork Chop with an apple glaze
- whole smoked or deep fried Turkey with gibblet gravy
- blackened or grilled marinated Chicken Breast
- slowly smoked and sliced Pit Ham with pineapple glaze
- baked or blackened boneless farm-raised Catfish filets

Starch Selections
- seasoned rice pilaf
- authentic New Orleans style "dirty rice"
- baked macaroni and cheese
- slow roasted parmesan red potatoes
- real mashed red potatoes
- scallion mashed red potatoes (ColeCannon)
- sauteed pasta with diced ripe tomatoes

Vegetable Selections
- sauteed zucchini and yellow squash in sweet basil butter
- honey glazed carrots
- fresh vegetable medley (in season)
- steamed broccoli
- cooked corn and lima beans

Choice of two (2) entrees, one (1) starch and one (1) vegetable $19.95 per person
