Includes freshly grilled 4oz. hamburgers, all-meat Berks hotdogs, and quartered B.B.Q. chicken (legs and thighs). Also accompanied with tomato slices and sliced oinons.

Sliced Pit B.B.Q.
All meats are uniquely slow cooked on our pit smoker.  Choices include top round of beef, lean pit ham, real turkey breast, or tender pork roast.  Also included are the appropraite condiments.
Choice of 1:  $13.25 per person
Choice of 2: $14.50 per person

Southern Style
Your choice of two (2) homemade B.B.Q. selections -- shredded beef B.B.Q., vinegar based pork B.B.Q., or chopped chicken B.B.Q. in a sweet basil sauce, or any of the above meats. Also included are the appropriate condiments.

Full Traditional American
Includes quartered B.B.Q. chicken (breasts, wings, legs and thighs) and slowly roasted B.B.Q. ribs (a full 1/2 lb. per person).  We don't forget the wet wipes because you will enjoy this buffet from head to toe.

Whole Roasted Pig
YES!!!  A whole pig roasted the day of your party, tender and juicy. (On site cooking is an additional charge.)  In addition, choose one of the following meats: Southern Style or Pit B.B.Q. OR hamburgers and Berks hotdogs.  Also included are the appropriate condiments.  Minimum number of guests - 75.
